CalcuQuote allows you to track the status of your quotes after they are complete. After a quote is published and sent to your customer, you can apply a status from the Summary tab.
- Click on Action > Mark as Sent.
- This will give you the option to mark the quote with a status: Followup, Won or Lost.
To mark a quote as Followup, you will be prompted to enter the type of lead (warm, hot or cold) and the follow up date.
To mark a quote as Lost, you will be prompted to provide a reason for losing the business.
You can change the status of the quote anytime. Quote status can be changed from the RFQ List or the Dashboard.
In the Dashboard, scroll to the bottom section titled 'Sent Quotes.' Navigate to the quote you would like to apply a status. Click on the tag icon to the far right.
