QuoteCQ: How to attach documents to an Assembly

CalcuQuote allows users to store files such as CAD documents, gerber files, raw, unformatted bills of material, and any other relevant information.

  1. When creating a New RFQ, notice the Add Documents button in the bottom of the screen and click it.

  2. The system will open the Documents pop-up. Click in the three dots button and Upload File.

  3. Choose the file within your PC.

  4. Click in Upload.

  5. The file is uploaded, and you can Close the pop-up.

After uploading documents, you can access them later under the RFQ header using the attachment icon on the top-right side of the screen.

TIP!

In case you want to attach assembly documents to an RFQ already created, use the same attachement icon in the top-right corner of the screen to upload new files.
