QuoteCQ produces valuable exports throughout your quote process. Users can now determine which exports are important and export a full package of reports. To do so, follow the instructions below:
- First, you will need to build the quote package in configuration. Expand the left sidebar and choose 'Configuration' and then choose 'RFQ Setup.'
- Under RFQ Setup, click on 'Quote Package' and then click the pencil icon.
- Users will now have the option to build their Quote Package. There are 4 different views available based on the quote process and each of those 4 views have different options to export. Users will need to decide which view they would like to see and which export they would like from that view. You can also edit the order in which all reports are exported by ordering in the 'Order' column.
- If there are views that users would not like to include in the export, uncheck the Active column and it will not be included in the package.
- After you have built your report, you can navigate to the Summary tab of any completed quote and export as you would normally. Choose 'Quote Package'.
All exports will be Excel.
