QuoteCQ | How to Create a Quick Quote

Keep track of the quotes costed outside CalcuQuote with the Quick Quotes!

A "Quick Quote" can be used to keep a record of and track quotes you've priced outside of CalcuQuote. For instance, if you need to quote a customer for design services, you can use the Quick Quote feature to send the customer the quote, then follow-up on whether or not you've won or lost the business.

To create a Quick Quote, click the "New Quick Quote" button in the upper-left hand corner of the Dashboard.

After entering quote information, customer information, and NRE costs (the actual charges you're quoting the customer), you can submit the Quick Quote.

Update the Quick Quote RFQ currency by Company Currency. This will allow you change the currency and add the conversion rate for the RFQ.

Upon clicking "Submit," you'll be taken to the RFQ list where your new Quick Quote will be listed at the top of the "In Progress" quotes. Click the Quote ID number to return to the RFQ page.

Here, using the same menu where you submitted the Quick Quote, you can publish the Quick Quote, then export to PDF, send it to the customer, and/or mark the quote sent.
