QuoteCQ: How To Customize your quote report

CalcuQuote has a basic quote template that will allow minor modifications for your company.

The CalcuQuote logo will be replaced with your company's logo, taglines and certifications.

  1. Displays the quote information: Quote #, Assembly ID, Published and Expiration Date. Your customer will refer to this area when referencing this quote.

  2. This area is the customer information. It displays: Customer Name, Phone, E-mail, Company Name and Address. In order for all information to be complete, it must be populated correctly when creating the RFQ.

  3. In the footer, you will see who from your company submitted the RFQ.

  4. NRE's (if any) will be displayed here.

  5. Terms & Conditions will be standard for all your quotes. They can be configured to your specifications. In the left side bar under 'Configuration,' choose 'Company Details.' Click the icon under T&C. Here you can edit your terms and conditions. Be sure to 'Save' before closing.

Note: This version can also be displayed without the Labor, Material and Fab columns. You will have the option for both the regular report and the Detailed quote report.
