You can indicate the part as no bid in multiple ways:
Material Costing View

Navigate to the Material Costing Tab.

Add checkmarks in the left-hand column next to the line items you want to No Bid.

Select Edit in the top right hand corner.

Click No Bid in the dropdown.

CQ Price Selector

Click on the line item on the Material costing page.

In the CQ Price Selector, click the hamburger icon in the top left corner and choose 'No Bid.'

Using No Bid

Add a note for why you are no bidding.

If you'd like to no bid all quantities of this line item, select the check mark for Apply to All Quantity.

Save - this will remove any pricing selections and show the line item labeled 'No Bid.'
