QuoteCQ: Accuris Data

CQ uses data from Accuris to provide additional insights at the part number level. This article explains the fields populated through BOM Scrub and updates made to existing part number data.

The following fields are populated using data fetched from Accuris during BOM Scrub. These values are saved directly to the MPN:

Lifecycle Risk

A High, Medium, or Low score reflecting the lifecycle risk of the part.
Supply Chain Risk

A High, Medium, or Low score representing the part’s sourcing and supply chain stability.
Environmental Risk

A High, Medium, or Low score indicating potential environmental concerns tied to the part.
Conflict Minerals

A comma-separated list of any conflict minerals associated with the part.
REACH Compliance

A compliance status indicating whether any REACH-regulated chemicals are present in the product.
China RoHS Compliance

Separate reporting from general RoHS compliance, indicating whether the part meets China RoHS standards.
RoHS Version and Exemptions

Reporting that includes which version of RoHS applies to the part and any exemptions that are in place.

The following existing fields use Accuris as the primary data source during BOM Scrub:

Lifecycle Status

Lifecycle status is pulled from Accuris and displayed in the standard CQ format. The value is saved to the part number table.
RoHS Compliance

RoHS compliance data is pulled from Accuris during BOM Scrub and saved to the part number table.

When a BOM Scrub is run:

CQ fetches part data from Accuris.
Both new and updated fields are populated based on scrub results.
The information is saved to the MPN for ongoing visibility and use across quoting, purchasing, and reporting processes.

Conflict mineral reporting is based on the most current supplier declarations available through Accuris.
China RoHS and general RoHS compliance are tracked separately to reflect differing regulatory frameworks.
