ShopCQ: How to Send Your Purchase Orders


  1. In ShopCQ, select the Purchase Order card in the header of the Demand grid.
  2. When the PO card has been selected, click Checkout.
  3. This will open the PO details for all lines on the Purchase Order. After reviewing and finalizing, click Send Purchase Order.
  4. Within the popup:
    1. Update the PO Number
    2. Choose the correct contact
    3. Update payment terms
    4. Choose the appropriate ship-to address
    5. Choose the shipping method
    6. Determine the FOB
  5. After filling out the Purchase Order information, determine the method for sending the PO.
