Supplier Currency Columns added to Reports and CQ Price Selector

Easily keep track of the correct currency from your suppliers, whether it's coming from APIs, Bids, or manual entries. This feature ensures consistent and accurate currency application across all your data, so you can quote with confidence. 

Why do I care? No more confusion over currency discrepancies—this feature ensures the correct currency is consistently applied, whether from APIs, Bids, or manual entries. 

 

Email Notifications when Bids are Closed 

BidCQ users will be instantly alerted when a bid is closed either by the CQ User or the BidCQ User,  keeping everyone informed and connected. 

Why do I care? This notification ensures you're always in the loop, helping you manage bids more efficiently and never miss important updates.

 

Updates to New Bid Templates: Configure Visible Columns and Required Columns per Supplier 

With the new RFQ Templates, you can easily decide which columns are visible to your suppliers and specify whether they are required fields.

Event Log Update: More Summary Tab Details 

We've expanded the event log to provide more detailed tracking of every click in the Summary Tab. Now, you can gain deeper insights into user interactions.

New Bidsheet Status for Suppliers: No Bid Now Available 

Suppliers can now choose to update their response to No Bid instead of leaving lines blank. This option provides clearer communication and helps everyone stay on the same page, ensuring no more guessing games!
