Custom Bid Reminders

You now have more control over your bid reminders! While automated reminders were previously set at the supplier level, you can now toggle them at the project level when needed. If a project is urgent, simply switch off the default and set your own reminder timeline for all bid sheets in that project.

Why do I care? This update gives you flexibility to manage time-sensitive projects more effectively, ensuring you stay on top of deadlines.

PCB Suppliers Now Easily Configurable

The PCB Filters are now useable! We’ve introduced the ability to configure your PCB  suppliers to help you quickly zero in on the right board houses for your projects. With the unique capabilities of PCB suppliers in mind, this feature lets you configure specific filters within the supplier setup, streamlining your vendor selection process.

Why do I care? This update saves you time and ensures you’re requesting quotes from suppliers that meet your exact needs.

Improved Add-Alternates Experience via Materials Tab

Adding alternate parts in the Purchase and BOM sections just got less clicky!! Now, instead of saving after every line edit, you’ll have a single submit button to finalize all changes at once, reducing the chance of duplicate data.

Why do I care? This update prevents data duplication and speeds up the process, making it easier to manage alternate parts without repeated saves.

What's New in ShopCQ?

MOQ Flexibility

We’ve updated how the system handles Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) rules. Instead of enforcing MOQ on each delivery line, the system will now apply pricing based on the total consolidated quantity and only enforce the multiple (MULT) on individual delivery lines.

Why do I care? This change reduces confusion and gives buyers more flexibility to manage packaging and POs while ensuring pricing aligns with the total order quantity.

TI Backlog Update: End Customer available per line

We’ve added an end-customer text input field to each demand line, allowing buyers to connect specific demand lines with their customer conditions. This makes it easier to track and manage demand per customer.

Why do I care? This update improves accuracy and organization, helping buyers at TI backlog easily link demand lines to customer-specific requirements.

Manex Update: Default Warehouse Available

We’ve resolved the issue with PO imports into Manex by adding support for warehouse and warehouse location data. Now, when exporting from MSP to ShopCQ, this information is included for each demand line, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.

Why do I care? This update prevents import errors caused by missing or incorrect warehouse info, streamlining your PO workflow and improving efficiency.
