What's New in QuoteCQ?

More Control with Expanded Pricing and Supplier Fields

We’ve added new columns and fields in QuoteCQ, BidCQ, and the API to give you better control over pricing and supplier information. These include cost type, bid comments, lead time forecasts, and payment terms. You can now set feature flags and use options like contract types and rescheduling windows.

Why It’s Great: These new fields make tracking supplier data and managing bids and contracts easier, while providing flexibility for future customizations.

Bid Emails Only Sent When Relevant Columns Are Visible

We’ve fixed an issue where suppliers were notified about updates to columns that weren’t visible in their bid template. Now, bid emails will only be sent when the relevant columns are visible, reducing unnecessary notifications.

Faster BOM Tab Performance with Auto-Run Option

We’ve introduced an auto-run option for BOMInfo based on feature settings, improving performance in multi-level BOMs. You can now control when BOMInfo runs, making the process faster and more efficient.

Why It’s Great: This speeds up BOM management and gives you better control over when BOMInfo is triggered.

Streamlined Alternate Part Adding Process

The process of adding alternate parts in Purchase and BOM has been streamlined. Instead of saving each line individually, you can now make all edits and submit them at once, reducing duplicate data issues.

Why It’s Great: This update prevents duplicate entries and speeds up the editing process for alternate parts.

What's New in ShopCQ?

Keep Items in PO When Updating Quantity

We’ve made it easier to update quantities in a PO without losing the item. Now, when you change the quantity, the item will stay in the PO, and pricing will be updated accordingly based on the new quantity.

Improved PO Management for Work Orders

We’ve added a feature to help MSPs adjust work orders when purchase order quantities change. This ensures allocation plans are updated based on any deviations from the planned quantities.

Persistent Supplier Messages in Checkout and Order Management

Supplier messages from APIs are now stored and displayed during checkout and order management, ensuring you won’t miss important updates even if the screen isn’t open when they’re sent.
