What's new in CalcuQuote?

Submit Multi-level BOMs - Submit your multi-level BOM with ease. You can now submit all levels of a BOM with a single click.

Customer Suggested Alternates - Your customers might know what's best. After suggesting an alternate(s) and sending the approval link, the end customer now has the ability to suggest additional alternates while approving/rejecting others.

Data Source with Multiple Currencies - Using data source to add your stock information, blanket pricing or another source? Now, indicate in your data source upload which currency the information is provided in.

Export BOM in Foreign Currency - Work with currencies other than USD? Export your costed BOM in the originally quoted currency.

Shared Bid Sheets - For more collaboration with your suppliers, you can now share the same bid sheet with multiple contacts at the same supplier.

Company for Quick Quote - Have multiple companies in CalcuQuote? You are now able to choose the company assigned to your Quick Quote.

Download Bid Sheets - Download bid sheets submitted from your suppliers directly from CalcuQuote!

Import Errors Messaging - More clarity to improve your experience. We updated our error messages to help indicate how you can easily clear your errors.

Webhooks - Simply put, while flying through your quote process, we can now alert your other systems of your progress. Imagine if your CRM knew exactly when you won the quote without you remembering to enter it. Well, now it can. Here's more information on webhooks.

What's new in bidCQ?

Shared Bid Sheets - bidCQ users can now share one bid sheet sent from their customer. This makes it easier to distribute the workload and make sure your most important clients are covered.

Import More Fields to BidCQ - bidCQ users can now add additional information for their customers, including NCNR and RoHS.

Review Your Bid - Don't forget to review before you submit! Choose the Review option on your bid and we'll highlight the common flags, such as no stock or high mins.
