What's New in QuoteCQ?

 

BOM Insights Upgrade: Suggest MPNs from Supplier Part Number

Users that have their Supplier PN mapped in their Data Source can now convert their Supplier PNs over to the appropriate MPN.

 

 

Why do I care? This reduces the manual effort required from users to upload, update, and export BOMs, streamlining the quoting process and saving valuable time.

 

 

The Reports Tab just got Stronger!

Yes - we have a reports tab! Surprise! We've added 3 new filters to your reports tab to help you dig into more specific sections of your business.

 

 

Why do I care? Users gain the ability to analyze their business operations related to specific customers, company sites, and job types more effectively. This deeper understanding empowers you to make informed decisions and take action to improve quoting performance.

 

 

Scenario Analysis Updates: Hot Button and Criteria Groups Added!

Users can compare Auto Select scenarios quicker by setting up the Scenario Hot Button!

 

 

 

Why do I care? Users can now start off their material costing by immediately comparing different selection criteria.

 

 

Alternate Approval Update: BOM Tab Bulk Edit Status

Users have always been able to add in alternates when needed, but now users can update the status of the alternates in bulk on the BOM Tab.

 

 

Why do I care? Remove the back and forth from your day-to-day. Users can keep up with the status of their alts at any stage of the quoting process and knock out updating multiple of them on the BOM tab.

 

What's New in ShopCQ?

 

Multi-Sourcing Update: Reel AND Cut Tape available

Not only can users multi-source from supplier to supplier when purchasing, now they can multi-source within the same supplier to help with purchasing reels and cut tape for the same line!

 

 

Why do I care? Now users can buy the remainder of their needed QTY without needing to buy another full reel. Use multi-sourcing to get exactly what you want!

 

 

TI API Update: Update Status added!

Now check the order status of your TI POs through the TI Order API along with your other POs!

 

System Improvements

Below are general system improvements and bug fixes that were resolved in this last release.

 

QuoteCQ

ENHANCEMENT: Data source currency will now default to the target price currency imported with the document rather than USD.

 

ENHANCEMENT: Component Search now will include standard lifecycle status

 

BUGFIX: Some users were having issues attaching/retrieving documents from the Materials Costing tab if imported from a different tab. This is resolved and documents are accessible from all tabs.

 

BUGFIX: Some users were seeing the incorrect partial bid status after a supplier had submitted a bid back to the CQ Customer. This has been resolved and the proper status is now shown.
