      What's New: July 2018

      CalcuQuote is committed to continually improving our product for you!

      You can find all the improvements we've made in July below.

      • Send Quote in Workflow: After completing "Publish Quote", you now have the option to add "Send Quote" to the Workflow as the final task in the RFQ process.

      • Account Re-Confirmation: In order to increase security, CalcuQuote will ask users to re-confirm their account via email if it hasn't been logged into within the past 2 months.

      • Additional Columns added in Material Costing: Internal Part Number, Customer Part Number, and Supplier Part Number are additional columns available to view within Material Costing if they were a part of the imported BOM. Note: these columns will be hidden until you click icon to display them.

      • Keeping Bids Open: After a quote's status has changed to "closed", CalcuQuote now allows for Bid Requests to remain open. You'll be given a prompt to choose between revoking open bids and keeping them open when you mark the quote as sent.

      • Green Check Marks Removed: Green check marks will no longer be seen after a line item has been priced in Material Costing.

      • Re-organizing Labor Activities: Labor activities can be reorganized via drag & drop.

      • Line Card Review: You can now review materials to see which Manufacturer Part Numbers in the BOM have been unassigned to specific Manufacturers.
