What’s New: November 2016 [Release Notes]

At CalcuQuote, we continuously look for feedback to upgrade and improve our user’s experience, and our latest update includes features and functionality direct from you. We look forward to deploying to your instance soon. In the meantime, please take a look at the complete release notes below:

CoilCraft API Integration

We are happy to announce a new integration with CoilCraft. Upon customer request, CalcuQuote is able to integrate your instance with the CoilCraft catalog pricing API. Please reach out to a CalcuQuote team member to activate this feature for your instance.

(As of 2022, CoilCraft Integrations is no longer available. Please reach out to your Account Manager for more information.)

Material Costing: New Views

Expand your horizon with new views for all quantities in the Material Costing tab. Similar to how you can toggle between Extended, Assembly, and Unit cost for each Qty in the Material Costing tab, you can now display Selected Suppliers, Material At Risk and Net Stock information directly in the web-view.

Saved Preferences: Column Filters

CalcuQuote understands that every user is different, so we’ve updated the system to maintain your displayed column preferences for both BOM and Material Costing tabs. Next time you toggle a column on or off, CalcuQuote will keep your preferences in mind.

Noting Your Quotes

Have you ever created a large note in CalcuQuote only to have it take up half the view? Notes are great, but not at the expense of the overall quoting experience. RFQ related notes are now reduced to a three line preview during quoting with the option to display all by hover the preview. As part of this change, we were able to increase character limits on note fields substantially.

RFQ List

Simple...But important. Your RFQ List now loads significantly faster.

As Always:

We’ve made general improvements and updates to the overall quality, stability, and security of CalcuQuote.
