BidCQ: How To Sign Up

Welcome to the New BidCQ Portal!

There are to ways of getting access to BidCQ Portal:

  • A colleague of yours shared a Bid Request with you or,
  • A QuoteCQ or ShopCQ user has sent you a Bid Request or a Purchase order.

In any case, you will receive an email notification to access BidCQ.

Upon the first time navigating to BidCQ, you will need to create an account.

Enter the email address the Bid Request was sent to and the password that you wish, then click "Register".

Please notice that only the email address that received the bid request will be able to see that bid.

Please click on Register and not Login your first time.

Once you click 'Register', you will receive an email asking you to confirm your account for BidCQ. (Once confirmed, you will see the image below)

Next, you will need to login into BidCQ.

Then personalize your Bid Portal account with your name, email, company and address. Note that First, Last, Email, Company, Country and Zip Code are required fields.

After updating your account information, you will be directed to your Bid Portal Dashboard. To learn more about how to use the Bid Sheet Portal, click HERE.
