To begin using the PCB tab, you will first need mark your suppliers as PCB in Supplier Type. You can find this in Configuration > Supplier Data > Suppliers.
Then, move to the PCB tab where you can view your PCB line(s).
To be considered as a PCB Line, it has to be flagged in the BOM tab as "PCB" in the Part Classification column.
For each PCB line, click the '+' to expand the details for each PCB. Here, you can enter in the details for the following fields:

Layer

Copper Weight

Routing
-
Material

Silk Screen

Gold Fingers

Finish

Rails
-
Rails Sides

Add or Update PCB Turn Times
To add or update Turn Times specific to the PCB(s), click on three dot and select PCB Turn Time. In the popup, you can update the default RFQ turn time and/or add additional turn times with the '+' on the right. Make sure to Save.
Requesting Prices for PCB
- After updating the PCB details, select the line using the checkmark on the left hand side on the line level, then click Next in the top right corner.
- Here, choose the supplier(s) to send your PCB bid to, then click Send RFQ.
- PCB bids will be sent your assigned vendors through the BidCQ portal. Once submitted, you will get the information back in the PCB tab.
Mark as No Bid
To mark a PCB as No Bid, select the line(s) on left and choose Action > No Bid.
