Send a Bid Reminder from the Material Costing tab
- Navigate to the material costing tab and locate the Supplier's bid you'd like to send a reminder for.
- Inside the Bid square, click on the little arrow. This will display the bid actions.
- Click on "Send Reminder"
- QuoteCQ will populate a question pop-up and will give you to options:
- No, email the same list, in order to send the reminder to the same contacts the bid was originally sent to.
- Yes, add email addresses, in order to add additional contacts to the bid and the reminder.
If you select this option, QuoteCQ will display a pop-up to enter the additional email address.
- Upon selecting the desired option, the reminder will be sent.
Send a Bid Reminder from the Bid Management screen
- Navigate to the Bid Management screen and use the filters to locate the bid you want to send a reminder for.
- Select the bid(s) from the left hand tick icon and click on Actions > Send Reminder.
- QuoteCQ will populate a question pop-up and will give you to options:
- No, email the same list, in order to send the reminder to the same contacts the bid was originally sent to.
- Yes, add email addresses, in order to add additional contacts to the bid and the reminder.
If you select this option, QuoteCQ will display a pop-up to enter the additional email address.
- Upon selecting the desired option, the reminder will be sent.
