Solving Data Source Failures

If the Data Source import goes wrong, the user who last modified upload will receive an email notification from no-reply@calcuquote.com

To know the reason for the failure:

  1. Go to Configurations > Supplier Data > Data Source.

  2. In the Data Source line which failed, locate the column "Status" and click where it says "Last Import Failed"

  3. The error message will then pop-up describing the reason for the failure.
