QuoteCQ users can share attachments with their suppliers when sending Bid Sheets; not only line level documentation, but also Project Level documents

How to share Project Level files using Bid Sheets.
Step 1: Attach the documents in QuoteCQ portal
Attaching Project Level documents.
In QuoteCQ, this is also called Assembly Attachments. If you think of an RFQ, Assembly and the component line as a hierarchy of folders, the Assembly Documents would be those files attached to the Assembly (or Project) level. These are documents and files that doesn't contain information for any line or component in specific, but related to the whole project.
Step 2: make the Assembly level attachment visible for BidCQ.
- Access the Assembly attachments from the attachment icon in the top-right corner
- Identify the attached files that you'd like to share with the suppliers.
- In the document to be shared, click the three dots button and Add to BidCQ.
- Close the screen.
Now, the document will be available in BidCQ for suppliers.
The document(s) that you mark to be Add to BidCQ will be immediately available for supplier, both for existing Bids and for future new Bids.
How to remove the attachment from supplier's view (BidCQ).
- Access again the assembly Documents, following the steps 1 and 2 above.
- In the file, click in the three dots button and Remove from BidCQ.
- Close the screen.
The file will be immediately removed from the existing Bids and will not be able in any future Bid Sheet.
